Passports

First, the good news: We are just about a month away from our departure date! However, for some of you I don’t have your passport information. If you have your passport, please make a photocopy of the picture page and mail it to me right away. Please make sure the copy is clear enough that I can read the passport number, expiration date, and date of issue, as I need to input that data into the system.



I need this information as soon as possible, as we travel by e-tickets, which means your ticket is linked to your passport. Without the passport information, your ticket cannot be issued.



If you don’t yet have your passport, it is time to take action. Please log on to the People to People On-Board website, and click on the big red button entitled “Late Passports.” Please read all of the information on that link. Please let me know if you have any questions, as this is a very important issue. If you do not have your passport in time to leave on the trip, you will not be allowed to go (the airline won’t let you).
